Insensitive
She simpan dalam hati(the hurt) for so many months and today only she told me that she was really hurt by what I said many many months ago.
I was wondering, why did she keep it in for such a long time? Just tell me then and there la. I am so fluent in demeaning people that I don't know that people are HURT by what I do or say.
OK la, at least she finally told me how she felt la and at least she's still talking to me lor.
I apologized but I know that it takes time to heal so I am not expecting her to forgive me now.
Hmm, maybe it's time for me to change, TRY my best to control my tongue lor.
Just as the bookmark my mentor Sabrina gave to me,
Yakobus 1:26 "Jikalau ada orang yang menganggap dirinya beribadah, tetapi todak mengekang lidahnya, ia menipu dirinya sendiri maka sia-sialah ibadahnya"
English translation in Contemporary English Version
James 1:26 "If you think you are being religious, but can't control your tongue, you are fooling yourself, and everything you do is useless."

Speaking of rugby, I wonder how are the Hong Kong 7s team doing now? I mean our Malaysian women players who are in Hong Kong for the HK 7's rugby tournament. Apparently, HK 7s is like the best rugby tournament la...sort of like COPA IBA for Captainball. It's the Rugby season now...and there's a match almost every Saturday evening.
Saturday evenings also got Youth Fellowship(YF), I'm a assistant Care Group(CG) leader. Haiz...Prince told me, "You cannot serve 2 masters"
Sarah T said: Half half la...selang-seli between CG and Rugby.
Is rugby worldly pleasure? Didn't Jesus day "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me"

Sorry Mey Shyuan
The stupid part was that we were in the same team! Gosh, I feel so dumb. All my fault!
Erm short story is my head hit her bone and there was loud sounds...bone cracking sound. It went like CRACK, CRACK! The sound was twice...Now, she has to rest for about 8 weeks.

Sorry Mey Shyuan, I really didn't mean it.
IT was really ALL MY FAULT!
Now she cannot play for the national women rugby team nor the Dingoes till she heals up! ;'(
The Dingoes will have a friendly game versus Singapore club--> SRC which will be held at Garden School on the 3rd of April.
And on the 17th April, the National 15s team will have a Test match against Singapore.
We would most likely travel down on the Friday to Singapore and sleepover and then play the game at 3.30pm before the Malaysian Men play against Singapore.
The Singapore international friendly is quite an important game. We're the opener for the Asian 5 Nations (First Division) Men's final game. There'll be thousands at the stadium!
All Unions of Malaysian, Singapore, Chinese Taipei and Sri Lanka will be there.
PS: Test - the name typically used for matches between two national teams. The match can also be called an international.

Did, Thought, Learn
Rights, Erm here are some updates on me: what I thought, what I did, what I learn...
-In Kids Church aka Sunday School,
Myra, Marcus, Kai Li, Natasha and I created a new game...WooHooo! :) It's called Catch me if you Can. DID
-We are more blind than blind people because of the knowledge/ability we know/have. For example, Cigarette got pictures of defects and yet people still buy. Who is really the Blind one? THOUGHT
-(I watched Halaqah on 9tv for a while.) These are a few interesting things that the Ulama said: In the Al Quran, there is a verse that Allah said makan got to do with Devil. Even the first sin is not murder but it's eating. Fasting got to do with spiritual matters also. Kesihatan got to do with religion. Why pray for Good Health When You yourself don't live a Healthy Lifestyle? THOUGHT
-If an man is being terribly tortured, Is it more humane to end a guy's pain by killing him or should we let him live so that he would suffer more? THOUGHT
-Rugby...I went for a bleep test. I was so lousy that I did till level 5.7 only. Not even half la.
There's 14 levels. Distance is constant at 20 meters. We must run when the whistle blows, and reach the other end before the next whistle (<--which actually marks the start of the next run). No rest la...it's all the way till you're out. First level is 5 seconds I think. It goes like 1.1, 1.2 and so on. Then as the Level get higher, our speed has to increase because the time decreases. If you don't get in time 2 times, you're OUT! So, I can't say it's all about Speed nor can I say it's all about Stamina. It's FITNESS! DID
-Still on rugby, I don't have new boots yet, so I just cello tape my boots. LoL. So, it will look cool and SHINY! or I just wanted to give my football boots a plastic surgery...wakakaka. As long can use, BOLEH lah! DID AND THOUGHT
-Went to Sungai Chiling at Kuala Kubu Baru. Waterfall! Hiked about 50 minutes and barefoot all the way! Crossed 6 rivers :) Fun. DID
-We all know that the Bible was written in Hebrew and in Greek. At YF, I found out that Greek and Hebrew think differently. It seems that Hebrew people see things in a much deeper meaning where as the Greek people see things literally only. For example, Matthew 6:15 "But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins."
Greek way of learning: If I don't forgive people, God won't forgive me. (side note: Since when our forgiveness from sin depend on our ability to forgive others? The gospel says Jesus died to pay for the penalty of our sins so that we will be forgiven ma...now, look at the Hebrew one)
Hebrew: If you don't forgive means you don't understand or you didn't experience God's forgiveness. LEARN
-Genesis 5:21-29
21When Enoch had lived 65 years, he became the father of Methuselah. 22 And after he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked with God 300 years and had other sons and daughters. 23 Altogether, Enoch lived 365 years. 24 Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.
25 When Methuselah had lived 187 years, he became the father of Lamech. 26 And after he became the father of Lamech, Methuselah lived 782 years and had other sons and daughters. 27 Altogether, Methuselah lived 969 years, and then he died.
28 When Lamech had lived 182 years, he had a son. 29 He named him Noah and said, "He will comfort us in the labor and painful toil of our hands caused by the ground the LORD has cursed."Genesis 7:6 Noah was six hundred years old when the floodwaters came on the earth.
What I learn: So, Enoch lived 65 years old and then had a son named Methuselah. Methuselah means "When he dies, it(judgment) will come". Enoch realised the significance of Methuselah's name and thus turn to the Lord and walk with God for 300 years.Only after Methuselah was born then only Enoch walked with God. When Enoch was 365 years old he disappeared(didn't die), God took him away. LEARN
When Methuselah(M) had lived 187 years, he became the father of Lamech.Age of M is 187
When Lamech had lived 182 years, he had a son Noah.Age of M is 187+182=369
Noah was 600 years old when the floodwaters came on the earth.Age of M is 369+600=969
Methuselah lived 969 years, and then he died.
So really when Methuselah died, the punishment or judgment came. Noah's Ark...you know the story. If you really wanna read the full story of Noah's ark. click here. LEARN
2 Peter 2: 5 if He(God) did not spare the ancient world when he brought the flood on its ungodly people, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others;
Genesis 7:13 On that very day Noah and his sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth, together with his wife and the wives of his three sons, entered the ark.
Genesis 7:1 The LORD then said to Noah, "Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation.
Another thing I learn: The people during Noah's time saw Noah building the ark and they didn't care. The people saw animals walking in pairs into the Ark, they didn't care. The people were just being blind to what was happening! LEARN
Genesis 6: 5 The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. 6 The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain. 7 So the LORD said, "I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth—men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air—for I am grieved that I have made them." 8 But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD.
9 This is the account of Noah.
Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked with God. 10 Noah had three sons: Shem, Ham and Japheth.
11 Now the earth was corrupt in God's sight and was full of violence. 12 God saw how corrupt the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways. 13 So God said to Noah, "I am going to put an end to all people, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. I am surely going to destroy both them and the earth. 14 So make yourself an ark of cypress wood; make rooms in it and coat it with pitch(pitch means any of various dark heavy viscid/gluey substances obtained as a residue) inside and out. 15 This is how you are to build it: The ark is to be 450 feet long, 75 feet wide and 45 feet high. 16 Make a roof for it and finish the ark to within 18 inches of the top. Put a door in the side of the ark and make lower, middle and upper decks. 17 I am going to bring floodwaters on the earth to destroy all life under the heavens, every creature that has the breath of life in it. Everything on earth will perish. 18 But I will establish my covenant with you, and you will enter the ark—you and your sons and your wife and your sons' wives with you. 19 You are to bring into the ark two of all living creatures, male and female, to keep them alive with you. 20 Two of every kind of bird, of every kind of animal and of every kind of creature that moves along the ground will come to you to be kept alive. 21 You are to take every kind of food that is to be eaten and store it away as food for you and for them."
22 Noah did everything just as God commanded him.
Genesis 9:12 And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: 13 I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. 14 Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, 15 I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. 16 Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth."

Family Portrait by Pink
Here are SOME of the lyrics
Mama please stop cryin'
I can't stand the sound
Your pain is painful
And it's tearin' me down
You fight about money
'Bout me and my brother
And this I come home to
This is my shelter
It ain't easy, growin' up in World War III
Never knowin' what love could be
You'll see, I don't want love to destroy me
Like it has done my family
Can we work it out?
(Can we?)
Can we be a family?
(Can we?)
I promise I'll be better
(I promise)
Mommy, I'll do anything
(I'll do anything)
Daddy please stop yelling
(Stop)
I can't stand the sound
(Can't stand the sound)
Make Mama stop cryin'
'Cause I need you around
I ran away today
Ran from the noise, ran away
(Ran away)
Don't wanna go back to that place
But don't have no choice, no way
It ain't easy growin' up in World War III
Never knowin' what love could be
That I've seen, I don't want love to destroy me
(I don't want love to destroy me)
Like it did my family
Can we work it out?
(Can we work it?)
Can we be a family?
I promise I'll be better
(I promise I'll do anything)
Mommy, I'll do anything
(To keep you better)
In our family portrait
(In our family portrait)
We look pretty happy
(We look pretty happy)
Let's play pretend
(Let's play pretend)
Let's act like it comes naturally
(That's right)
(That's right)
In our family portrait
We look pretty happy
We look pretty normal
Let's go back to that
In our family portrait
We look pretty happy
Let's play pretend
Act like it goes naturally
In our family portrait
(Can we work it out?)
We look pretty happy
(Can we be a family?)
We look pretty normal
(I promise I'll be better)
Let's go back to that
(Mommy I'll do anything)
In our family portrait
(Can we work it out?)
We look pretty happy
(Can we be a family?)
Let's play pretend
(I promise I'll be better)
Act like it goes naturally
(Daddy please don't leave)

UiTM exhibition match
28th Feb 2010, the Dingoes had an exhibition match at Padang Perindu in UiTM. Women contact rugby where the Dingoes divided them self into 2 teams and had a match.
This small rugby league is a rather get-together league for the foundation kids in UiTM. They had three rugby teams (engineering students, law students, and science students) and its the round-robin on Saturday. The finals was on Sunday. It started sometime around 9am and they finished up the finals by 10am before our game.
It was fun. We warmed up together and then broke into teams. Practiced a bit of lineouts...
Aki and Halina was captains...I was in Aki's team along with Bibi, Haniza, MeiLing, Chut, Zet and Andy. It was a fun game, and overall there was 4 or 5 tries. I scored one :) Yay...actually, I think that was just luck la...cause nobody chased me...lazy mah. By the way, my team won.

sin yee
I recently met my friend whom I did not meet in 7 years! Lim Sin Yee! Wow, she looked so different and I could not recognize her la...She looked beautiful and thinner now.
I remember Pik Wen, me, Sin Yee and Lib Yin were sort of like real best friends during primary standard 1 to about standard 3.
standard 6 in 2002
STPM results.
My STPM results is finally out.
Pengajian AM-->A-
BM-->B-
Sejarah-->B-
Ekonomi-->C+
Pengajian Perniagaan->C
so best 4 subject pointer is 2.835
over 5 subjects, my pointer is 2.668.
Since my business is quite horrible, I decided to do Law or Political Science...Psychology and media communication, and kerja sosial are on my mind too.
I have to apply for Local University now and can put up to 8 choices of Uni and course la. The chances of getting into a local Uni in Malaysia by STPM is 50-50 chance la...That's why not many people take STPM or Form 6 in Malaysia cause if they don't get into a local Uni, then they just wasted their one and half a year in school.
The Uni that are on my mind now is
UM
UDM
Unimas
UKM

few more stories
Forget the fact that you Know Famous Hilda Hew Mun Foong,
Forget the fact that you Know that I am in the Kitchen,
Just pretend you are listening to a story...like a camp fire story :)
Another Story...
I took the dead animals from the freezer and splashed water on them. Drown them in water and bang them till they no longer stuck to each other(was Frozen ma). Then I executed the already dead defrosted animals by pulling, twisting and plucking out their heads from their bodies! Oh, the cruelty of beheading them with my bare hands. It wasn't bloody but I think their brains ooze out. Yuck!
I hold part of their legs and twisted it away and in the process of plucking out the leg, I took off its skin aka the shell. The skin did not come out easily and usually came off in fragments and parts. When I reach the last few sections of the shell to pull out, I would take hold of the tail and pull out the whole thing! The skin/shell would follow the tail.
Wash them, pour salt and pepper and then molest(mix) the animals, salt and pepper together. Poor Prawns.
The Next story!
Out of the freezer. Ran water on it and hit it to break it up. These creatures were bigger. After separating them, I flushed water into its body and then rinsed it. Down onto the torture board it was placed. A large butcher knife punctured the skin. The body aka flesh was slashed 3 to 4 times all the way to the bone and then turned onto the other side and Deja Vu. Scars on the animal's body...Fishy Fish Fish with deep scars!
The Following Story...
The 3rd creature also suffered the same fate. Out of the freezer and under the waterfall. Bang until separated and drown in water. Placed on the execution board. This time, the butcher knife didn't just injure it like it injured Mr and Miss Fish but instead it was raised high and thump with such a fast and heavy but accurate swing and the 3rd creature was sliced unmercifully and really barbarically with such skills and within moments the 3rd creature was now in many parts...Poor chicken thighs...
The Final stories.
Mrs Cabbage suffered a similar fate as Mr Chicken Thighs. Mrs Cabbage was taken out of the fridge and under the waterfall. Peeled by her huge petals into a few parts and then cut into smaller sections..
Onion Girl and her best friend Garlic Boy were not excused from the horrible fate too. Torn away from their family, they was rinsed and painfully peeled aka DE-skinned and then chopped unmercifully finely into uncountable pieces.

ok, so here's the rice rice story la
So, here's the Rice Rice story which I promised...bear with my lack of story-telling skills. A series of unfortunate events.
Rice and his family lived in a world of total darkness. They felt very safe when it was dark, every time there was a glimpse of light, everyone would run for safety for the scary giant hand would bring in the light and that hand would be holding the temporary prison container which scoops all anyone and everyone who was in its way.
One fine day, Rice was out with his friends and they were having so much fun playing together. Suddenly, a light shone and a great hand holding the temporary prison container...This time, Rice was unlucky for he realised it too late and was scooped up. Rice didn't even stand a chance. Rice tried to bribe but it was in vain. The Container was just doing it's job. Rice was with his friends and he told them that it was an honor to die in their company.
All of them were thrown into the Big Pot and it started raining. The rain was so heavy that it turned into flood and didn't stop till everyone was under the water. Then a whirlwind came and they were pushed around violently. The big dreadful hand sometimes caused a hurricane and Rice looked helplessly as some of his friends were thrown upwards and then they fall back hard onto the pot.
Then the flood stopped very quick and the Big Pot was tilted to one side and this caused the water to flow outside the pot thus lessening the water. Just as they began to give a sigh of relief, the whole disaster happened once more! Tsunami, whirlwind, and water disasters. Then the water suddenly stopped and the water was flowing out of the Big Pot until it was almost no more. Later, it started to drizzle and then rain and the water rise 2 meters above Rice and his friends and the rain stopped. They were buried under the water.
Then the ground of Big Pot shook as if there was an earthquake but without the ground splitting. Then Rice heard a loud thunder clap. Next, the ground started to get hot...the heat was rising and not stopping. Rice and his friends drank water(the process of drowning mah) and were soon bloated. The heat made Rice and his friends sticky...
Tadaa...Rice! Nasi! Beras!
Background: My Mom said I must learn how to boil rice ma...so, after the process of actually learning how to menanak nasi, I told my mother the Rice Rice story!
My Mom got annoyed after I told her this story. She said "Rice don't have feelings ok?"

Squash
Squash; the Healthiest Sport
By Ali Auta
Squash is an indoor racquet sport that is played by two or four players in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. Squash is a fast-moving and high-impact sport that provides an excellent cardiovascular workout but can place strain on the joints, especially the knees.
Squash may not have the sophisticated ring to it as its counterparts like tennis or racquetball, squash sounds well- to me it sounds more edible than playable. But according to Forbes magazine, squash — the game — is the healthiest sport an individual can undertake — better than rowing, rock climbing, swimming, cross country skiing or basketball, all runners-up in the scheme of fitness.
Note taking into cognizance is the sheer fun of standing inside a room almost the size of a large bedroom and hitting a little ball as hard as is physically possible.
Squash is a game that can be played at any age. It is easy to learn and there are modified games and equipments to suite every size and skill level. It is a game that can be played for leisure or for competitive purposes.
Squash is a strenuous sport in which a player can use a lot more energy than most other sports. Squash helps to:
- Improve cardiovascular health; a game of squash will see you running, leaping and diving for the ball.
- Increase strength and fitness
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Increase flexibility and strength in the back
- Increase coordination, agility and flexibility
- Build hand-eye coordination
Other benefits of squash include:
- Improves general and psychological wellbeing
- Greater self confidence and self esteem
- Better social skills and opportunity to make new friends
- Improves concentration
- Stress release
- All weather activity- as it is an indoor sport; weather condition does not stop you from playing it.
Getting Started
Squash is a high-impact and very strenuous sport. As it also involves a lot of energy, with frequent stopping and starting, it is important to follow these safety tips:
- See your doctor for a check-up if you have a medical condition, are overweight, are over 40 years of age or haven’t exercised for a long time.
- Don’t play if you have a heart condition.
- Always wear protective eyewear.
- Wear purpose-designed squash shoes or indoor court shoes to ensure appropriate grip on the floor and stability to protect your ankles.
- Do warm-ups before you begin to play.
- Ensure you have shoes with good ankle support.
- Drink plenty of water before, during and after playing.
- Do cool-down exercises after you finish your game.
- Don’t push yourself too far or too fast, especially if you are a beginner.
Playing squash is as simple and short as this write so what are you waiting for? If I were you I will go out there and SQUASH THE SQAUSH. Remember you are a CHAMPION!

change
The question is: Why do I do it?
Answer: Gratitude for the way He transformed me.
You see, before I was a Christian, I was a really naughty person la. When I was in primary school at Standard 4 I used to bully standard 5 and 6 students...I was like one of the discipline problem kid.
When I entered Secondary school I grew much worse la. I spat on the face of people I don't like, besides that, I would simply hit people and purposely look for trouble.
Now I am changed la..Not dramatically changed but less aggressive than before la. Much different from who I was before la.
I was born in a Buddhist family, later on ceased to believe in God's existence therefore becoming an Atheist. “There is no such thing as god!” I told myself. As days passed by, I felt lonely and life lost its meaning. Soon this loneliness evolved into depression. Then I tried suicide, But I didn’t die… I was quite disappointed when I found myself alive the next day. This period of atheists was/is the darkest period of my life. Worst experience, painful emotionally and mentally.
I thought by bullying and making other people's life miserable, it would make me feel better but I was wrong...
I went to Bangsar gospel Centre's YF camp in DEC 2004 and it was there where I found my God. The teacher/speaker…Roshan…shared on how God has been working/providing in his life… he shared how faithful God was. Then it hit me, “Hey,There cannot be so many coincidences in his life! There’s such thing as God lah! This is the proof (Roshan’s sharing) this is ‘the GOD’” I invited Jesus/God into my life. After that, I felt there were no more emptiness/ loneliness in me. I felt life has found its meaning again. I felt something was different. No more dark stormy cloud in me but a completely new feeling in me. Ever since that day, I never felt lonely ever again.
I didn't become a Christian because of the gospel but I came a Christian because I heard that this God is not a god who is so far away and that this God is real and evidently working in people's life.
"Till by faith I met HIM face to face And I felt the wonder of HIS grace Then I knew that HE was more Than just a GOD who didn't care, Who lived away out there, and Now He walks beside me day by day Ever watching over me lest I stray Helping me to find that narrow way HE's everything to me."
